Refund Policy

Returns (Online Orders Only): We aim for your complete satisfaction with every purchase from the Park City Jewelers website. If, for any reason, you are not entirely pleased with your online order, we are happy to accept most returns within 30 days of the purchase date.

Please note: This 30-day return policy applies exclusively to online orders. In-store purchases are subject to separate return terms.

For a successful return, all items must be in their original, unworn condition. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method, subject to a 5% restocking fee.

Non-returnable items:

  • Items purchased in-store (please refer to your receipt for in-store policies).
  • Items that have been sized or altered.
  • All "estate" pieces.
  • Purchases made more than 30 days prior to the return request.
  • Items that were on sale at the time of purchase.
  • Any item not in its original, unworn condition.

Refunds: Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will send you an email notification regarding the status of your refund. If your return is approved, the credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to post to your account can vary depending on your card issuer's policies.

Gifts: For items marked as gifts at purchase and shipped directly to you, you'll be provided with a gift credit equivalent to the return value. Upon receipt of the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser.

Shipping: Before returning your product, please contact us via phone or email. As the safe return of your item is crucial, please ensure you insure the package for the full value as indicated on the invoice.
