Returns:

Park City Jewelers takes pride in delivering exceptional craftsmanship. If, however, you find that you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Most items can be returned within 30 days of purchase, but there are a few exceptions to note. Please ensure all items are in their original, unworn condition for a successful return. Returns will be subject to a 5% restocking fee.

Non-returnable items:

• Items that have been sized or altered.
• All "estate" pieces.
• Purchases made over 30 days prior to the return request.
• On-sale items.
• Any item not in its original and unworn condition.

Refunds:
After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you via email about the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment. The exact duration for the refund to reflect can vary based on your card issuer's policies.

Gifts:
For items marked as gifts during purchase and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit equal to the value of the return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item was not marked as a gift during purchase, or if the gift giver had it shipped to themselves first, the refund will go to the original purchaser.
