What Our Customers Are Saying
“Had an absolutely fantastic experience here with one of the more stressful and important purchases of my life. I purchased an engagement ring from Park City Jewelers during the winter of 2010/2011 and have nothing but terrific things to say about the entire ordeal.
We worked with Louise Holland, who was such a great advocate for the customer! She patiently worked with me to first help me figure out what I wanted, then how to get that. She ultimately coordinated the creation of a completely custom ring, essentially built around two very unique side-stones. Maybe most impressive, this was done “long-distance”, with Louise emailing multiple rounds of computer renderings until we were sure we had gotten it right.
The ring was finished on time and on budget with absolutely no feeling of pushiness or salesmanship. And most important of all, my fiancée LOVES the ring and still receives multiple compliments a week on it. I don’t think either of us could have asked for a better experience or end-product.”Kevin M.
“Ken and team are THE BEST. I stopped in with my family on a trip to Park City and was really impressed by the artful quality of everything. I thought I might buy something for my wife or mom, but to my surprise I bought myself a new wedding ring! Ken helped me design a ring based on one of their mountain/nature bands which even included my home mountain Mt. Hood sticking up slightly above the rest of the band. It came out exactly as I was hoping for less than I was expecting and was express FedEx’ed to me at no charge.
I should mention that Ken also took me downstairs for a tour of the workshop…so neat to see how the magic happens! You should definitely stop in to see the art and who knows, you might even walk out with a super-cool wedding ring! :)”Rick R.
“Park City Jewelers is the best! Beautiful pieces and great people, I can’t wait to get back up there again.”Danielle Gubler
“Love this place and they give great recos for nearby hikes/explorations! Artistic and unique jewelry.”Terra S.
“Park City Jewelers has a great collection of unique items. I bought my wedding band from them and it was exactly what I was looking for. The salesperson was friendly without being overbearing or pushy. He offered drinks while we browsed and they were even able to size my ring while we waited so we didn’t have to come back. I do think they’re a tad overpriced by virtue of being in a tourist town, but overall I can’t complain a bit.”A.I.

“Stopped by while strolling up Main Street on the suggestion of a friendly gem dealer I met on a plan to SLC. He was right – this shop features beautiful work by local artists, and some incredible rare stones. Check out Alexandrite – it changes color in the light. Super cool (and pricy).
Murray gave us the tour of the shop and he was a the consummate gentleman salesman. He listened to what we were interested in and had new options to check out along the way. When we left without purchasing anything, he smiled and said goodbye with a firm handshake. Playing the long soft close – I’ll be back.”Grant B.
I look forward to returning to Park City Jewelers!”
“I love this place! Kolter was super helpful- free gingersnaps, he gave us free rocks, the jewelery is so beautiful I want everything there – found my wedding ring there! Be sure to buy jewelery here!”Courtney B.
“Absolutely incredible art comes out of this place. MY friend and I were browsing and remarking on the highly unique pieces in every case before a staff member came over and informed us that nearly every piece is created on site by a team of artists. The work is different enough between the artists, and you can tell they really know and love their craft. Each stone and cut is set so beautifully into necklaces, bracelets, earrings, rings, you name it! The quality of the pieces is incredible, and I was excited to see the affordability of nearly everything in the store. Forget about a $15,000 diamond engagement ring from some run of the mill crappy jewelry store… do yourself a favor and get a unique and beautiful setting created here. You’ll save a buck or two, be supporting the jewelry arts, and have an amazing unique piece. Can you tell what I was shopping for? :)”M.A.
